Return Window

You may return most new, unused pinball machines within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order pinball machines

  • Machines that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees and any restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@pinballplayhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return Policy.
